I first came to tai chi while studying sports massage. At the time I had been suffering back pains for years and found that it was the only thing that helped me permanently alleviate the problem.
Twenty years on and it still keeps my body resilient to the rigours of daily life, and it has also revealed itself to be much much more. This magnificent art holds a world of challenges, discoveries and enjoyment. You really do get out of it what you put in.
